What we need from you 

Basic package
Please provide the following components at least 6 weeks prior to the branded digital talk:

✓ digital talk title
✓ Time and date
✓ Logo: jpeg or png; max. 400 x 200 px; max. 100 KB; 72 dpi
✓ Color preference: RGB or HEX
✓ Open promotional material file (.indd or .ai or .psd) OR color preference (optional) (RGB or HEX) OR image (optional) (jpg or png; max. 200 x 200 px; max. 100 KB)
✓ Brief description for our Event Hub: 850 characters including spaces
Organization and participant management

Organization and participant management are part of the Add-Ons Light, Basic & All-Inlusive and include:
 Technical setup of the digital talk by TW
 Participant registration through a contact form on TextilWirtschaft.de
 Lead generation: Leads will be provided in an encrypted file afterward (title, last name, first name, and business email address)
 One to two meetings for pre-discussion (technology, workflow, etc.) and addressing questions
 Conducting a rehearsal with all participants
 Addressing all technical questions and concerns of participants during the talk

We will discuss the details of the campaign and the process 7-8 weeks before the talk.

To ensure everything is ready well in advance of the digital talk, please provide the following components at least 6 weeks prior to the event:

✓ Text for the registration page: 1,000 characters including spaces
✓ Speaker information: Name, title, and company; optionally, an image (100 x 100 px, max. 100 KB)

Content conceptualization

The content conceptualization is part of the All-Inclusive Add-On and includes:
 Support from an external editor, who will assist you as a partner in the content conceptualization of the digital talk

Please note that early coordination is necessary for this, preferably 8 weeks before the talk.

E-Blast add-on

Please provide the following 2 weeks before the digital talk:

✓ Header Image: 560 px x 250 px; 72 dpi; jpg or png
✓ Headline: 30 - 70 characters including spaces
✓ Text: 2,500 – 3,000 characters including spaces and formatted
✓ Links: Please underline the words that should be linked and write the exact link in parentheses right after.

LinkedIn add-on

To promote the booked branded digital talk via TextilWirtschaft's LinkedIn account, please provide the following components 2 weeks before the digital talk:

✓ Image: 1200 x 627 px
✓ Link to the registration page of the talk (if organization and participant management are not booked)
✓ Text: max. 400 characters including spaces (equivalent to max. 5-6 lines)
✓ Hashtags: max. 4
 Company account to be tagged
