Banner campaigns


Website:

Video campaigns

Video Ad:
▪ Video Format: .mp4
▪ Resolution: 1280 x 720 px
▪ Maximum file zize: 10 MB
▪ Length: preferably 5-30 seconds
▪ Sound: on (video plays silently, sound can be activated by clicking on the speaker symbol).
▪ Click URL: URL to your desired landing page (mail-to-links are not possible)
▪ Aspect ratio: 16:9 (4:3 is not supported). Widescreen not recommended.

Billboard Pushdown Video Ad: The same specifications (except the resolution) apply as for "Video Ad Campaigns" (see above).

It is also possible to deliver a redirect for the Billboard Pushdown Video Ad. When creating the redirect, please note the following specifications for both the redirect 1) and the video 2) it contains:

1) Specifications Redirect
▪ The redirect code is delivered in an iframe and must be functional in itself.
▪ The video must be played via an external server (i.e. not the TW server) and should be streamed.
▪ Pushdown functionality must be provided through the redirect code and in the iframe.
▪ Max. file size: 250 KB
▪ Compression tools: Graphics: https://tinyjpg.com Javascript: https://javascriptminifier.com CSS: https://cssminifier.com

2) Specifications Video within the redirect
▪ Format: 940 x 250 px to 940 x 500 px
▪ Length: 5 to max. 30 seconds
▪ Sound: Video starts silently when page is loaded. The sound can be activated and deactivated by clicking on the speaker symbol.
▪ Interaction:
- Video starts automatically on page load and expands to 940 x 500 px
- Video is played once and does not start again automatically
- On user interaction ("mouse over"), the video expands/starts again until "mouse out"
- Without user interaction, the video shrinks to the regular size (940 x 250 px) after 15 seconds at the latest

Showroom galleries

1) Landing Page:
▪ Brand name
▪ Headline: max. 45 characters incl. spaces
▪ Intro text: max. 300 characters incl. spaces
▪ Article images (up to 2, format: 16:9, size: max. 1 MB, without lettering, logo, etc.)
▪ Contact details (max. 1 contact person each + phone number + email address + website link)

2) Image gallery:
▪ Headline (max. 45 characters incl. spaces)
▪ Gallery images (max. 20, static jpg or png files, Size: min. 800x600 px (Larger images will be scaled); Max 1-2 MB per image)
▪ Sequence: If a certain sequence is required, please define that via image names (01, 02, 03 ... 10, 11). Otherwise, any sequence is chosen.

For all images, please let us know if copyright attribution is required on the photo and provide the name of the copyright holder if applicable.

Premium Digital-Advertiorial

The Premium Digital-Advertorial consists of:

▪ Basic: 1 lead image, text and link to your landing page
▪ Additional elements: Furthermore, you can select 5 additional elements: lead video (instead of lead image); 3 images; image gallery (max. 10 images); parallax image; video; podcast; graph/chart/table; social media content; survey tool; 3 informational boxes

1) Lead image:
Two images - for desktop and mobile - are required:

▪ Desktop: min. 1600 px width, 16:9 format is recommended
▪ Mobile: min. 900 px width, 9:16 format is recommended
▪ JPEG or PNG
▪ File size: up to 1 MB

When selecting the image, please keep in mind that the headline and subheadline of the Premium Digital Advertorial appear at the top left of the image. A calm background in the top left quarter of the image is therefore recommended. When opened on different devices, there may be deviations in how the image is displayed. Therefore, please ensure that all essential content (logo, text, etc.) is not placed at the edges of the image.

2) Lead video (instead of lead image):
Two videos - for desktop and mobile - are required:

▪ Desktop: A HD resolution (1280x720 px) or FullHD resolution (1920x1080 px) is sufficient.
▪ Mobile: please adjust to 720x1280 px
▪ mp4 file, no sound, max. 8 MB

The file size can be achieved by:
▪ shortening the length of the video
▪ and/or reducing the bit rate and resolution
▪ and/or removing the audio track

The video is only intended as a teaser (max. 20 seconds) and ideally should not contain a longer explanatory piece. When selecting the video, please keep in mind that the headline and subheadline of the Premium Digital Advertorial appear at the top left of the video. A calm background in the top left quarter of the video is therefore recommended.

3) Three images:
▪ Deliver the images in the desired format
▪ JPEG or PNG
▪ File size: up to 1 MB per image

4) Image gallery:
▪ up to 10 images per image gallery
▪ Size per image: min. 800x600 px (larger images are scaled automatically)
▪ JPEG or PNG
▪ File size: up to 1 MB per image
▪ max. 10 MB overall for all images

5) Parallax image:
▪ The parallax effect is created when scrolling, no special image formats are required.
▪ min. 1600 px width, 16:9 format is recommended
▪ JPEG or PNG
▪ File size: up to 1MB

6) Video:
▪ Integration of a video is only possible as embed code (Youtube, Vimeo etc.). This means that the video must already be uploaded to a platform and be freely accessible (no mp4 files).

7) Social Media:
▪ Integration of social media content via embed code (of the post or tweet etc.)
▪ A link to an existing post/tweet etc. is created via a preview image.

8) Podcast:
▪ Integration of the podcast via embed code (Spotify, Apple etc.)
▪ A preview image links to an existing podcast

9) Graph/chart/table:
▪ JPEG/PNG or embed code (e.g., Datawrapper)

10) Survey tool:
▪ The text (questions plus answers) is written by the advertorial editor, the survey tool is created and implemented by us.
▪ 1 question + 2-4 answers; optional: image in the survey as header or background image

11) Three informational boxes:
▪ Consisting of headline, text and optional image. The text for the informational boxes is written by the advertorial editor.
